tenex.brain

Connect your business to see the next move.

A change in sales may call for replenishment, a stock transfer or a new conversation with a supplier. tenex.brain connects system data to the context of meetings and earlier decisions, tracks signals agreed with the business and brings opportunities to management. Agents examine hypotheses from different perspectives so you can understand the recommendation, discuss alternatives and decide the next step.

Sources and agent work4

Behind this step

Sources and update frequency are defined in the project. An analytical base can consolidate copies of authorized data while preserving source systems and company permissions.

Fictional records created to explain this scenario.

  1. B01
    Sales and stock · 08:00

Vértice model: 30 sales in stores 1 and 2 in the last 7 days, versus 18 in the preceding 7 days. Local stock: 8 unallocated pairs. Store 3: 24 pairs, 10 reserved. Fictional data.

  2. B02
    Purchasing · 08:15

An order for 40 pairs is expected Thursday, without carrier confirmation. The supplier offers a discount on a new batch only with advance payment.

  3. B03
    Finance · 08:10

Advance purchasing uses cash already allocated for campaign week. Installments must be negotiated; no new purchase is approved.

  4. B04
    Sales meeting · Monday

Friday’s campaign prioritizes stores 1 and 2. The team asked to preserve service in other stores and confirm the incoming order before expanding the purchase.

Frequently asked questions

Does Brain wait for me to ask a question?

You can ask questions and explore the analysis, but the product also aims to track agreed business signals and bring opportunities proactively. Each recommendation should show what was observed, its sources and what still needs confirmation.

How do systems and meetings fit together?

Sales, stock, purchasing or finance data can be related to the context of meetings and decisions. We define authorized sources, feasible connections and update frequency in the project. The analytical base complements the systems the business already uses.

What do the different agents do?

They can examine a hypothesis from different perspectives, such as sales, operations and finance. A purchasing suggestion may change when incoming goods or an earlier commitment are considered. Agent organization follows the work chosen for each application.

Does Brain buy or negotiate on its own?

Recommendations support management. The project defines actions, permissions and owners; purchasing, negotiations and other commitments follow the company’s authorization rules.

Does Brain automatically join WhatsApp groups?

Automatic group participation is a possibility being explored. Accessible conversations can provide context through the sources and collection methods agreed for the project.

Do I need Brain to use the other products?

No. tenex.vendas, tenex.atendimento, tenex.sonar and tenex.brain are independent. An application starts with a business need and can expand to further sources, workflows or products.

Is the demonstration a customer’s live system?

It is an illustrative demonstration with fictional data. It shows the path from an opportunity to a revised recommendation, without making a purchase or representing customer results.
